These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the website novlixe.com and all related services provided by Novlixe d.o.o. (hereinafter: 'Novlixe', 'we', or 'our').

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

Novlixe is a digital platform for real estate crowdfunding that enables users to browse information about construction projects in Croatia. The platform serves as an informational channel about collective real estate investment opportunities.

Content published on the platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to invest. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions.

Access Conditions

Registration is not required to use the informational part of the platform. Access to more detailed project information and investment opportunities may require prior registration and identity verification.

Users must be of legal age (at least 18 years) and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Croatian law.

Platform Usage

Users agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include: using the platform for illegal purposes, attempting unauthorized system access, distributing malicious software, and any actions that may damage the platform's reputation or functionality.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.

Investment Risks

All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software — is the property of Novlixe d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Novlixe is not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or complete accuracy of published content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes arising from the use of the platform, the materially competent court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, shall have jurisdiction.

Novlixe operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers and under the regulatory supervision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA).

Amendments to Terms

Novlixe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes to terms via email or prominent notice on the platform.
